PHARMACEUTICAL-BIOCHEMIST WITH A SPECIALIZATION IN HEALTH SURVEILLANCE IN PUBLIC HEALTH FROM THE SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH, UNIVERSITY OF SÃO PAULO – USP, WITH A REMARKABLE CAREER AT ANVISA, WHERE SHE SERVED AS DEPUTY DIRECTOR, ADVISOR TO THE PRESIDENT, AND COORDINATOR OF THE BRAZILIAN PHARMACOPOEIA, SHE ALSO WORKED IN HEALTH INSPECTION AND OMBUDSMAN, IN ADDITION TO BEING A COUNSELOR OF THE REGIONAL COUNCIL OF PHARMACY OF THE STATE OF SÃO PAULO (CRF/SP) AND A MEMBER OF THE REGULATORY AFFAIRS AND INNOVATION COMMITTEES OF THE BRAZILIAN BAR ASSOCIATION OF THE FEDERAL DISTRICT (OAB/DF).

Glauco Santos
Legal and Regulatory Director
Lawyer and CEO of Glauco Santos Advogados Associados, with a solid background in Regulatory and Constitutional Law. A doctoral candidate at the University of Buenos Aires and with a master’s degree from IDP, he possesses extensive institutional experience, having worked at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL), the Energy Company of Brasília (CEB), and holding a strategic position at BRB, in addition to significant involvement in national regulatory processes.
